Dear Parents and Chaperones,
The
following is field trip information and guidelines
that
will be important to remember and follow:
· * Field Trip Day is
Thursday, Dec. 3rd
· *Common Start Day for ALL
2nd Grade students. Students
should arrive at school at 8:00, and plan on being dismissed at 2:15.
· * Please wear a plain
red or white shirt.
· * Our Performance is on the North Stage at 10:15. We are
required to check in at 9:45 for their performance- this will be managed by
teachers before the festival is open. (Parents are not allowed back stage or in
dressing rooms at any time.)
· *All students will need to
remain with their assigned chaperone for the field trip until check out at
12:00 by their parent with the
teacher present as students will be eating lunch at this time. No student will be able to be checked out
before or after that time, for the safety of our students, and the management
of that process.
· *We have ordered a school
sack lunch only for those students that
requested them. If sending a lunch bag,
please have student’s names on it in a disposable bag.
· * You will need a ticket to
enter the festival if you are coming to see your child sing. We are first to
perform, so you may want to purchase your tickets in advance in order to be in
seats by our time at 10:15. The festival does not open until 10:00, and we
don’t want anyone in line missing our performance. Advance tickets are $5 for adults and $2.50
for children at Zion’s Banks, OR IN OUR OFFICE with TAMI BENSON!!
